Harima-THE DELICIOUS Cocoa Powder
Chocolate and Walnut Fudge
- 1 can (400 grams) condensed milk 1/2 cup sugar 480 ml milk 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp ghee or butter 2 tbsp chocolate powder tbsp cocoa powder 115 gms chopped walnuts (akhrot).
Method :
- Mix the condensed milk, milk, sugar & Harima cocoa powder and put the mixture to boil in a thick vessel. When the mixture starts boiling, add the ghee. Drop a teaspoon of the mixture into a cup of cold water. It will form into a ball. Throw that ball on a plate & if it makes a little sound, the mixture is ready. Remove from the fire, add the vanilla essence & chopped walnuts and mix well. Spread the mixture on a well greased tin. After a few minutes,, shape into small round.
