Harima-THE DELICIOUS Coconut Milk Powder
Coconut Milk and Rose Custard
Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup Harima coconut milk powder 250 ml low-fat milk 1 tbsp cornflour 4 tbsp rose syrup 2 tbsp chopped almonds (badam) To Garnish a few rose petals 1/4 cup grated coconut.
Method :
- Keep milk to boil.
- Mix corn flour and Harima coconut Milk powder in water at room temperature.Add it to boiling milk little at a time and keep stirring.
- Mix well. Add rose syrup and almonds. Mix well.
- Boil it for few minutes it will coat the back of spoon lightly or boil more if thick custard is desired.
- Keep aside and refrigerate to cool.
- Serve it in a bowl garnished it with rose petals.
Spinach and Baby Corn Soup (quick Cooking under 10 minutes)
Ingredients :
- 1 cup spinach (palak) choppe 1/2 cup baby corn sliced 2 garlic (lehsun) cloves chopped 2 spring onions chopped 2 tsp Harima coconut milk powder 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp butter, salt to taste.
Methods :
- Put 1.5 cups of water to boil.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan and saute the garlic and spring onions in it.
- Add the spinach and baby corn and saute for some more time.
- Sprinkle the Harima coconut milk powder and chilli powder and stir well.
- Add the hot water and salt and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve hot.
